I was watching the T.V. the other day..
Bush was on there talking about tax cuts and shit..
Fucker ain't cutting my tax..
I just got paid the today..
Said right on it.. You made $575, you get $450..
Where did that money go?
They call it state tax..
What am I paying the state for?
Am I paying it for the oxygen from the trees?  
No, they say basically I'm paying to live in or on the state..
Shouldn't the state be paying me?
I don't have to live here, I could move to a different state..
The state wants me, I don't want the state..
Then there is city tax, why am I paying the city?
I already pay my landlord for my place in the city..
What else am I paying for?
Not water I pay the water company for that, not electric I pay the electric company for that..
So what is it I'm paying the city for?
Am I paying for my parking spot?
If so, that price is inflated..
I could go to a parking garage and pay 50 bucks for the month.. I pay the city almost 100, that's a giant bit of inflation..
Surely I'm not paying for the repair of the city..
There is a pot hole outside my building that has been there even before I moved in..
Why do they call it a pot hole?
Is there pot in it?
Is it a place for me to put my pot?
Can I cook rice and pasta in it?
None of these things are true about a pot hole..
It simply is a pot hole..
That logic does not make sense to me..
That would be like me calling my pots a pavement hole..
You would assume I drive in and over my pots..
That would be absurd though..
They would be flat, thus making them a pan..
I wouldn't be able to cook rice in a pan, unless it was fried..
What happens when I just want plain boiled rice?
Do I take my rice outside and throw it in the pot hole?
I don't get it..
